What this actually is

Shoppers now ask ChatGPT what to buy. This tool shows you which of those questions your products come up in, and which ones they do not. Then it gives you a short to-do list of fixes that make your products easier for AI to find and recommend.

We check what these three say about you

  • OpenAI
  • Google Gemini
  • Perplexity

How it works

Five steps. You do two of them.

Steps 1 and 2 are yours and take about ten minutes. We handle 3, 4 and 5 on a schedule.

  1. Step 1 of 5

    Install the plugin

Add our plugin to your WordPress site and paste in one code. Your products come across on their own. About five minutes.

  2. Step 2 of 5

    Pick your products

Choose the products you most want to sell. You can change the list whenever you like.

  3. Step 3 of 5

    We check each one

We look at every product and score how easy it is for AI to understand. You get a to-do list of fixes — nothing changes until you say yes.

  4. Step 4 of 5

    We find your questions

We work out the exact questions shoppers ask that your products could answer, then ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity those questions on a regular schedule.

  5. Step 5 of 5

    You see the answers

We save what each AI actually said, word for word. So when we tell you that you came up, you can read the answer and check for yourself.

How long until something changes? You can start fixing things today. Changes in what AI says about you usually take 1–2 weeks to show up, and sometimes longer — it depends on how fast each AI company picks your pages back up, and on who else is competing for the same question.

About our claims

No success stories until we can prove one

Most tools in this space show you a screenshot and a big number. We will not put a customer result on this page unless we can show you the exact question asked, which AI answered it, when, and what the numbers were before and after.

  • The customer said yes to us publishing it
  • We name which AI, and the exact date and time
  • We keep the answer itself, so you can read it
  • Before and after are measured the same way
Customer results
None published yet

There is nothing here yet, on purpose.

We are not going to invent a case study, and we are not going to dress up a demo as a real customer. The table further up this page is a picture of the software, nothing more. The first real result goes here once a customer has enough history to compare — and says we can share it.

Results are different for every shop, and the AI companies decide their own answers.

Straight talk

What we can and cannot do for you

Two lists. The left one is what nobody can promise — walk away from anyone who does. The right one is what actually decides the outcome, and all of it is yours to change.

Nobody can promise you this

  • That ChatGPT will recommend your shop. The AI companies decide their own answers, and they change them without telling anyone.
  • A guaranteed position, percentage or date. Ask an AI the same question twice and you can get two different answers.
  • That any tool sees exactly what your customer sees. We ask the AI companies directly through their official channels. That is close, but it is not a recording of someone’s screen.

This is what actually decides it

  • Can the AI reach your product page at all? Some settings on a shop quietly block it. We find those.
  • Are the facts written where a machine can read them? Brand, price, size, what is in stock. If they only appear in a paragraph of sales copy, AI often misses them.
  • Is there a clear answer worth quoting? A straight reply to a real question gets used. Marketing language does not.
  • Do you look like a real shop? Address, returns, delivery. The things a shopper checks before handing over money.

Where a smaller shop actually wins

You will not beat a big review site on "best running shoes". You can win "trail running shoes for wide feet under $150" — and that is the shopper who is ready to buy. We find the specific questions your products can realistically win, then show you which ones you come up in, which ones you do not, and who is getting picked instead.

Not winnable

best running shoes

Owned by review sites with a decade of authority. You are the tenth-best source.

Winnable

trail running shoes for wide feet under $150

Specific, high intent, and answerable from data only you hold about your products.

What you get

What you get, plainly

Six things. Every number we show you can be traced back to a real answer from a named AI, at a time we recorded.

A score that tells you what to fix

One number out of 100 for how easy your product is for AI to understand. Click it and you see exactly which problem cost you which points, and what to do about it.

The questions your shoppers actually type

Real questions, in real sentences — not keyword lists. Things like "waterproof hiking boots for wide feet under £120".

Mentioned, or actually linked?

Being named in an answer is nice. Being linked to is what sends you a customer. We count those separately and tell you which is which.

Fixes you approve, one at a time

We suggest, you decide. You see the current wording next to the suggested wording, you can edit it, and every change can be undone.

Who is getting picked instead of you

For the same shopper question, see which other shops the AI pointed to. On the Growth and Store plans.

No made-up numbers

Every figure comes from a real answer we saved, from a named AI, at a time we recorded. If we cannot check something, we leave it blank instead of guessing.

AI readiness

A score that explains itself

AI readiness measures how completely your product data is exposed to machines. It is calculated from deterministic checks — not opinions — so you can click any category and see the exact issue that cost you the points, why it matters and how to fix it.

It is deliberately separate from AI visibility. Readiness is what you control. Visibility is what the AI systems do with it.

FAQ

Straight answers

Will this get my products into ChatGPT?

We cannot promise that, and be careful with anyone who does — the AI companies decide their own answers. What we can do is the part that actually decides it: make your product information complete, clearly written and easy for a machine to read, aim it at the questions your products can realistically win, and show you exactly what each AI said, so you can check.

Why go after small questions instead of the big ones?

Because the big ones are already taken. When someone asks for "best running shoes", the AI picks from a handful of big review sites that have been around for a decade. But "trail running shoes for wide feet under $150" has far fewer competitors, a shopper who is ready to buy, and an answer that depends on facts only you have about your own products. Winning fifty questions like that is realistic. Beating a magazine is not.

So what am I paying for?

Three things. One: a check of every product that tells you exactly why AI can or cannot use your pages, with each point traceable to a specific problem. Two: the shopper questions you should be competing for, worked out from your own products. Three: regular monitoring that tells you, question by question, whether you were linked to, just mentioned, or missed entirely — with the answer saved so you can read it yourself.

How fast will I see a difference?

Usually 1 to 2 weeks before anything shifts in what AI says, and sometimes longer — it depends on how quickly each AI company picks your pages back up and who else is competing. But you get value on day one regardless: the product check, your score, your shopper questions and your first to-do list are all ready as soon as your products come across.

What do you take from my shop?

Only product and shop settings: titles, descriptions, prices, stock, product codes, brand, sizes and colours, categories, images and how many reviews there are. We never ask for or store orders, customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses, card details or your WordPress logins.
