- We separate mentions from citations and keep the underlying answer as evidence.
- We label API-based monitoring honestly instead of presenting it as a consumer-app recording.
- We never guarantee rankings, citations or a date by which a provider will surface a product.
- Store changes require merchant approval and remain reversible.
